About Us

Ready to Fire Fitness (RTFF) was established in 2022 by two Army Veterans on the fundamentals of building the right fitness model for the right people. RTFF was built with ample experience in the field of fitness. RTFF's founders have spent several years in both personal and group training environments observing numerous ways to help clients succeed. Combined with substantial educational and practical fitness experience, Luke and Marshall have dedicated their efforts towards coaching you to attain your health and fitness goals.

  • We will reach out to schedule a comprehensive zoom or phone call to help customize the right plan to suit your lifestyle and goals.

  • We will conduct zoom/phone accountability check-ins at a consistent basis determined by your selected frequency to ensure your success.

Marshall Stees, MS, CPT

Luke, one of the founders of RTFF, has amassed over 10 years of experience in the fitness world. He is a certified personal trainer with a belief that "fitness is the foundation of good health". With a background in both group and individual fitness settings, he has helped push many clients to their fitness goals. Whether its gaining size and strength, melting off some fat, or just trying to improve general fitness, Luke is here to help!


Marshall is one of the founders of RTFF. He has been engulfed in the world of lifting and fitness for 20+ years. His training experience ranges from typical weekend warriors to tactical athletes and everything in between. He is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and sole mission is to help his clients improve their quality of life while fighting for their fitness goals. He believes, ”that he only succeeds when his clients succeed!”
